This page describes the product update and contact features in the current LOY preview. Ordering is not open; these forms do not collect payment or delivery details.
Information submitted through forms
- Product updates: your email address, marketing consent, and the page or product associated with your request.
- Contact requests: your name, email address, subject, message, and consent to process the request.
Use the contact form only for information needed to answer your inquiry. Please do not include payment details or sensitive personal information.
How forms use services
When configured and available, the product update form sends subscription requests to Klaviyo, and the contact form sends inquiries to Formspree. If a service is unavailable or cannot accept a request, the form reports an error. Service acceptance does not confirm email delivery or completion of a subscription.
Subscription information is used for requested LOY product updates. Contact information is used to handle your inquiry. The website host also handles network requests needed to serve the site.
Browser storage and optional tracking
The site stores your cookie preference in browser storage. Optional analytics and advertising integrations, when configured, load after you accept them. These integrations may process browsing and event information and use their own cookies. The available integrations are Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and TikTok Pixel.
You can reopen your preference using the button below. Changing your choice affects subsequent activity; it does not erase data already received by a service. Browser settings can also clear locally stored data.
Your choices and requests
Use the unsubscribe link provided in marketing emails to request removal from those communications. For questions or requests about access, correction, or deletion of information, contact support@loygear.com. This page does not provide an automated data deletion tool.
