Processing Time
Pre-orders are processed and shipped in batch priority order. The first US batch ships Spring 2026. Once your unit ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email within 24 hours.
US Shipping Rates
- Standard Shipping (5–8 business days): FREE
- Express Shipping (2–3 business days): $12 flat
Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays. Orders placed after 2 PM EST begin processing the next business day.
International Shipping
This store currently serves the United States. LOY products are also available in the UK, EU, and India through regional partners. For international inquiries, please contact us.
International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. We cannot mark packages as "gifts" or declare reduced values.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package directly on the carrier's website. Pre-order customers also receive milestone email updates throughout production.
Address Changes
Need to update your shipping address? Email support@loygear.com before your unit ships and we'll update it for you.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll file a claim with the carrier and send a replacement at no cost to you.
