The LOY Black Knight is currently offered as a pre-order. By placing a pre-order, you agree that:
- Pre-orders are fully refundable until your unit ships
- Estimated shipping dates (Spring 2026) are targets, not guarantees
- We will notify you of any significant production delays
- Product images on this Site are conceptual renderings — actual products may vary slightly
Pricing
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Pre-orders are locked in at the price shown at the time of reservation.
Intellectual Property
The LOY brand, logo, product designs, and all content on this Site are the property of BIOSLED Technology Co., Ltd. and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our branding, logos, or product images without written permission.
LOY EYES is a trademark of BIOSLED Technology. The Black Knight design is protected by applicable patents and design registrations.
Product Warranty
Every LOY Black Knight includes a 1-year manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, modifications, or normal wear and tear. For warranty claims, email support@loygear.com.
Limitation of Liability
LOY and BIOSLED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or Site. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold LOY harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of our products or violation of these Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
